The Mt. Bethel Children’s Consignment Sale is only possible with our wonderful volunteers. Volunteers earn early shopping privileges and also have a ton of fun. It’s a great way to meet new friends!

You will be required to register as a volunteer before you can sign up for a shift. You only have to register once. If you have forgotten your username or password from previous sales, click on the link and it will give you the option to retrieve the information.

VOLUNTEERS get to shop the PREVIEW SALE on Thursday, August 26 from 5:15-7:15 pm.

1. To shop the Preview Sale, you must work one (1) full shift as a volunteer for this sale.
2. The Preview Sale will take place on Thursday, August 26, from 5:15 –7:15 pm.
3. To gain entry 30 minutes early at 4:45 pm, sign-up for 1 Incentive Shift and 1 regular volunteer shift. See instructions below!
4. Lining up early is allowed but laundry baskets and friends cannot hold places in line.
5. The Preview Sale is for volunteers only. Inviting others to shop with you is not allowed unless they work one volunteer shift too.
6. No child under age 12 is allowed on the sales floor during the Preview Sale. No exceptions! We do provide childcare for $4 per hour, per child. Childcare opens 30 minutes prior to the Preview Sale, and children must be picked up by 7:30 p.m.

VOLUNTEERS who work one (1) Incentive Shift plus one (1) regular shift, can gain entry to the Preview Sale at 4:45 pm.

Remember you must pick one incentive shift from below plus one other shift of your choice. Incentive shifts are marked with asterisks (***) in the Volunteer Registration.

• 9:00 am to 12:30 pm, Nursery Shift
• 12:00 pm to 3:30 pm, Salesfloor Positions
• 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm, Salesfloor Positions

***Saturday, August 29th***

• 12:00 pm to 3:30 pm, Sorting & Takedown
• 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Sorting & Takedown
